If you are a tourist (even if only for one day), if you are accompanying participants of congresses, if you are a hotel guest, and also if you are from Heidelberg, if you live in a residence for senior citizens, if you are employed in a hospital or in a company, if you are a student at school or university - with our program, our flyers and tour program we would like to acquaint you with your immediate cultural environment. We have developed a comprehensive tour program for you, your family, your children, your friends and collegues. This program enables you to realize long-held wishes with us that you have never before had the opportunity to turn into reality.
We have been active in the transport business for decades and with this new enterprise we are fulfilling our own dream: we want to use our experience and knowledge in order to familiarize you with the cultural highlights of our immediate and not so immediate local places (in minibuses for up to eight persons) in an innovative and comfortable way. For groups of up to four persons, our limousine is available if desired. By limiting the groups to eight persons we want to ensure individual attention and an agreeable atmosphere.
Tapping a multitude of possibilities and almost inexhaustible sources, we have arranged several tours for you in leaflet form. Of course, you may extend or change these tour proposals at any time according to your own plans and wishes. Of course - as is indicated in our brochures - we can film you or take pictures of you during the tour with our video/digital camera, if desired.
You will have a lasting souvenir of a hopefully unforgettable tour.
Our prices
Our pricing is based on a km-charge of 0.65 Euro, i.e. 100 driven km cost 65.00 Euro. In addition, we charge an hourly fee of 25.00 Euro. Driving times and uncompleted hours will, of course, not be invoiced.
Example:
A 100 km tour starts at 9.00 a.m. and the destination is reached at 10.00 a.m. From now on an hourly fee of 25.00 Euro is charged until 1.00 p.m. After a lunch break the group drives back. The price for the tour is therefore: driving cost: 65.00 Euro + 3 hours for 25.00 Euro per hour = 75.00 Euro. Altogether the price is 140.00 Euro. If you divide this amount by the number of participants (e.g. 7 persons), this would be 20.00 Euro per person.
We cannot cover possible entrance fees for guided tours since they vary very widely depending on the respective location. Also, there are often special prices for guided tours for groups. We believe that we can offer you a really economical and good alternative to other tour agencies combined with very personal attention during the tour. We hope that our prgramme has furnished you with many stimulating ideas!
