Tours for children

Fulfilling children's wishes might seem to be an easy task − but creating and furthering their interest is a bit more challenging as this should take place in a playful atmosphere without pressure while also taking into consideration the age of the children.

Therefore, the aim behind our tours for children is not so much driving them to leisure parks etc. where they are consumers. Instead, we want to work out with them tours in which they participate from the beginning, in particular together with their friends and/or families.

Whether they visit a salt mine, experiment together with a paleontologist in the Messel Pit, gain access to other forms of life through animal feedings, admire the variety of species in the Senckenberg natural history museum, whether they get into contact with unknown animals and plants in natural landscape gardens such as Eulbach, visit funny museums or walk on a forest ghost trail, or whether they visit technology museums, knight's castles, bird-watching haunts − they always extend their knowledge. We offer a lot more opportunities for your children: be it the current exhibition "elementa" in the Landesmuseum Mannheim, the planetarium, special children's programmes such as in the Maulbronn monastery, in the Ludwigsburg, Rastatt, Bruchsal, Schwetzingen or Heidelberger castles: they all offer highlights and surprises for children full of expectation. Mention should be also be made of the Eberstadt stalactite cave, the Rietburgbahn and zoological garden in the Palatine or the Luisenpark in Mannheim etc. etc.

Of course, we have picnics together with the children if the weather is nice.
